How much is one point worth?

Always 1 Point = TRY 1. This never changes by tier, channel or brand. If you have 240 points, that is a TRY 240 discount at checkout.

How do I earn points?

How do I use my points?

How long are points valid?

Her puan, kazanıldığı günden itibaren 365 gün geçerlidir. Süresi yaklaşan puanlarınız için 30 gün ve 7 gün kala bildirim gönderilir; harcarken süresi en yakın puan önce kullanılır. Expired puan geri getirilemez.

How do I move up a tier?

Seviyenizi son 365 gündeki net harcamanız belirler (iki marka toplamı): Anzelha 0–1.999 TL → 100 TL'ye 2 Points; Plus 2.000–4.999 TL → 4 Points; Gold 5.000–9.999 TL → 5 Points; Elite 10.000 TL ve üzeri → 6 Points. Yükselme, eşiği aştığınız siparişle anında gerçekleşir; düşüş yalnızca her ayın 1'inde kontrol edilir.

What happens to my points if I cancel an order?

İptal veya iadede o siparişten kazandığınız puan geri alınır; siparişte kullandığınız puanlar ise orijinal son kullanma tarihiyle bakiyenize iade edilir. Kısmi iadede puanlar oransal olarak düzeltilir. Tüm bu hareketleri dökümünüzden görebilirsiniz.
